Winds:
NW sea breeze is ideal, N. ok, W. ok, E. messy usually too light doesn’t seem to fill in very often here.  SW. off shore good but gusty.
Directions
Look for signs to main beach, Fairway park or Surf Club (250 m. West of Surf Club rigging area)
Parking:
Plenty of parking - short tracks to the beach
Rigging:
Small amount on sea side but heaps of grass just over the road
Facilities
Toilets, change rooms at surf club, playground adjacent to esplanade
Currents:
Sailing in Bass Strait so none to speak of
Waves:
Usually a small wind swell unless it’s been blowing hard for a while.
Tide:
Can be sailed at any tide just further to walk at low tide but it’s not too bad. Approx. 3.0 m tide drop

Comments:
There is a reef that runs Nth. Sth. About 200 m. West of launch area easy to spot though. After half tide and up you can sail anywhere in the GE pic outlined in yellow and rocks should not be a problem.
